Though ca4it was dealing with really, really brainy and brilliant IT contractors and Engineers who were all highly accomplished in their fields, they found that well over 80% of them had difficulty in handling the interview process, and/or were completely in the dark about marketing themselves successfully.

In fact over 20% of these extraordinarily talented professionals would drop out of their line of work entirely because they couldn’t sell themselves during the interview process and became deeply discouraged.
