Reset your Client Zone Password

If you are having trouble accessing your new Client Zone, your User ID and a temporary password can be sent by email using the “forgotten password feature.” To retrieve your password please follow the steps below:

1)  Open up a browser window and type www.ca4it.com, or click here: https://ca4it.com

2)  Click on ECM Login

3)  Click on the Forgotten Password feature

4)  Enter the email address associated with your CA4IT account
